At RV Rescue Rangers LLC, we take pride in delivering professional, certified RV repair and maintenance services. To ensure transparency and protect both our business and customers, the following No Refund / No Return Policy applies to all services and transactions.

1. Services Rendered
All payments for services are final and non-refundable once the service has been completed.
Because our work involves labor and on-site diagnostics, once time and expertise have been applied, refunds cannot be issued.

2. Appointment & Booking Fees
The $25 appointment fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling.
If the customer keeps the appointment, the $25 fee will be applied toward the final invoice.

3. Parts & Materials
No returns or refunds are allowed on parts, equipment, or materials once installed.
Parts are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty only, and claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.
Customer-supplied parts are installed at the customer’s risk, with no warranty from RV Rescue Rangers.

4. Labor Warranty (No Refunds)
While refunds are not available, RV Rescue Rangers provides a 30-day labor warranty.
If a service issue arises within this period, we will return to correct the workmanship at no additional labor cost.
Warranty coverage is void if a third party tampers with or modifies our work.

5. Emergency & After-Hours Services
Payments for emergency or after-hours services are non-refundable due to the immediate nature of these calls.

6. Customer Acknowledgment
By booking or receiving services from RV Rescue Rangers LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund / No Return Policy.
